evidence-based nutrition plans.
Founded Health & Wellness by Mariam in 2023,
providing specialized nutrition, health, and wellness services.

Shape Up Pilates and More.
Completed several specialized courses in medical nutrition therapy
for diabetes, kidney disease, and oncology patients, as well as
maternal nutrition, weight management, sports nutrition, and
emotional eating.
