Dr. Jamal Saleh holds a Diploma in General Medicine from the
Faculty of Medicine at Baku University, Azerbaijan, awarded in 1989.
Holds a Specialty Certificate in Urology from the Faculty of Medicine
at Baku University, Azerbaijan, awarded in 1994.
Member of the Lebanese Order of Physicians – Tripoli since 1996.
Participated in numerous specialized and advanced training courses
in Geriatric Medicine, Alzheimer’s Disease, and Chronic Diseases.
Accredited Physician at the Social Services Hospital since 2004,
where he oversees the medical care and treatment of patients residing
in the hospital’s Psychiatry and Mental Health Department.
Medical Director of Dar Al-Akarem, affiliated with
the Makarem Al-Akhlaq Al-Islamiyah Association,
in Al-Mina, North Lebanon.
Worked at several hospitals, including the Islamic Hospital,
Albert Haykel Hospital, and Al-Husseini Hospital.
Member of the Al-Mina Municipal Council and Chairman of its
Health Committee.
Director of the Al-Mina Municipality Dispensary.
Vice President of the Lebanese-Azerbaijani Friendship Association
in Lebanon.
Physician of the Lebanese delegation appointed by the Lebanese
Ministry of Youth and Sports during the Arab Games held in Qatar
in 2011.

Conferences on General Surgery organized
by the Association of Surgeons in North Lebanon from
1999 to 2001.
Conferences on Geriatric Medicine, Elderly Care
and Rehabilitation organized by the Middle East
